Overall a good purchase one issue with a hose clamp to the bleach dispenser corroded and cracked the connection. Most cycles are long and water use is much less.
Clothing always clean.

This machine ties up my laundry pants long sleeve shirts sheets etc after washing. Its very hard to untangle.
Its probably 5 yrs old and just started littering my clothes with black debris. Ive run several tub cleaning loads and results are the same.

Bought it three years ago and its now deemed irreparable by LG. It was good at first then the clutch broke and even a LG direct repair man couldnt fix it. Todays products dont last.

This washer is 4 years old and has been repaired 2 times and still does not work. And the service time is absolutely terrible. I have been 2 full months with no washer and still no resolve is sight. NEVER buying LG again.

I have been in my home for 21 yrears this is my 2nd lg washer. You cant kill it it just keeps going cleans clothes not noisy.

I got this washer and where you put the bleach in it is all rusted already all the comments on lg fb page now say it is very common but lg wont do nothing about it asked for a replacement piece and they said no. I think they should replace the piece since they knew about it when they sold it

I recently learned that my washer is a cold water machine. I found out when I added a garment to my wash cycle and discovered that despite my having chosen hot water wash the water in the machine was ice cold. How am I supposed to wash my bedding bath and underwear? I found that only a small amount of hot water goes into the machine even when on the warm or hot wash settings. Furthermore when I noticed it and called customer service I had a very rude rep who at one point told me I needed to calm down. Additionally I would think that since she took my model no. Instead she referred my to a local repair co. who when he called LG learned that it was the feature of the machine.

This washer allows you to customize your wash loads PLUS it is really SMART
The washer senses the load for the amount of time and water is needed. My custom program starts at 2:04 but is always less due to the load size and other customizations.
